JetFormBuilder is part of the Crocoblock ecosystem and it’s a real gem.
It’s easy to create forms with it whether it’s a simple contact form or a multi-step process with calculated and hidden fields.
You can even integrate it with other apps for newsletter subscriptions payment and user registration.
The free version gives you a solid foundation but the Pro version at $39/year for one site unlocks a whole bunch of extra features.
Ninja Forms: The Community Favorite with a Free Core
Ninja Forms is another free form builder plugin that’s super popular.
It lets you customize forms fully and has tons of features.
You can create contact forms payment forms and more.
While the core plugin is free you’ll need to buy add-ons for features like file uploads conditional logic and multipart forms.
It’s still a great value especially if you start with the free core and add features as needed.
Contact Form 7: The OG Simple and Free
If you’re a purist and just want a simple contact form without bells and whistles Contact Form 7 is the OG.
It’s completely free and offers a simple user interface.
It’s not as fancy as some of the others but it gets the job done which is exactly what you need sometimes.
